海外版Ys-2

こっちではイースの書を読もうとすると簡単な説明だけが出る。
「この本にはクレリアの事が書かれている」といった具合。
最高レベルは62（国内版は61）。
ボスの演出などはあまり変わってないが、パラメータは大幅にいじられているようです。
その為攻略法が多少変化しているボスもあります。
ex:ベラガンダー（イース2最初のボス）の出す弾は多くの場合、即死になる（国内版ではダメージがいくらかある程度）。
ザコも経験値の入り方が微妙に違うようです

店で売っている武器、盾、鎧の名前の変更はYs-Iのゼピック村と同様

Lately, Lilia has been lokking very healthy but, in fact, she is very sick.
We've beentold she has only three month to live.
I think Dr.Flair might have a cure but we've been unable to find him.
If you happen to see him, would you please give him this letter.
These are a lot of goons around here and it is very dangerousto go out without the proper weapons.
Take this money and buy yourself the best sword you can.

［フレア＝ラルの弟］
As I lay in bed this morning, a dave happened to fly in my window.
A message was tied to its leg.
The note was from my brother, Ralle Flair.
It read, "While picking harb inside the Mine, I heard a sudden crash as the walls of the cave gave in.
I'm now trapped inside. Please help!"

I am sorry you went through so much trouble.
You have done well to collect all the ancient Books of Ys.
When the Priests disappeared they left these volumes behind.
Their souls are etched within the binding of these books.
In the basement of Ruins, you'll find a place called the Divine Area.
Within this area stand six stone statues, dedicated to the preservation of our heritage.
please return these books to the memories of our gread ancestral Priests.

You can't destory them without the Magic of Fire.

To reach the evil core it will be helpful if you have these magical wands.

Long ago, there was a tremendous power which lifted our land into the skies.
This power surge was the result of an evil presence being born in this world.
The source of this power comes from the special magic of Ys.
This magic can feed both good and evil causes.
However, the evil will never die as long as the magic exists.

700 years ago, Ys was lifted to the sky in order to escape the clutches of evil.
Aolomon Shrine stands at the summit of Ys.
To reach the shrine you must climb the ice-covered walls and cross the land of lava.

These are the words of Gemma:
The evil in our lives is a direct reflection of our goodness.
The creatures who hound us have a sad fate.
They live their lives in the sinister shadow of darkness.
I often wonder what they would have to say to the forces of light.

These are the words of Fact:
You must reach Solomon Shrine and terminate the evil core no matter what adversity confronts you.
If Ys is ever controlled by such dark force, all good will perish.
There is metal with a magical power called Cleria.
The evil core can only be destroyed by a sword made of Cleria.
Our last hope for peace lies with that sword and a warrior brave enough to use it.
The Goddess asked me to give you this.
Plese read it carefully.

Your efforts to save this country are commendable.
I will open the way to Solomon Shrine for you.

［導きの巻物(Scrool of Guidance) ］
Whoever reads this scrool must prossess the bravery and fortitude as described by our Priests.
Our land's future is great peril.
It does not seem that our imminent destruct can be avoided.
We need the courage of a special man.
Please come to Solomon Shrine.
The messages in this scrool change depending on which of the Goddesses' statues you touch.
These messages will give you guidance on your journey.

ルー→Quaysに変更か？（完全に確認してないので不明）
ザバ（ボスの一匹。鳥みたいなのを飛ばしてる奴）→Yetaiに変更か？
サルモンの神殿の入り口から一番近い部屋の女神像が国内版では1つに対し、海外版では2つに増えている。その為海外版ではそれぞれのアイテムを手に入れた後はそのまま片方の女神像に触れるだけでワープ出来る（国内版ではアイテムの付け替えをしないとダメ）

［女神の王宮(Goddess' Castle)］
I'm glad you've made ti here.
We are in dire need a courageous warrior.
The power of your Silver Pendant has helped you to reach this point.
You will need the Golden Pendant to get to the inner core of the shrine.
The Wizard has cast many of our people to stone.
One of these unfortunate souls has the pendant.
The Deaming Stone Idol is hidden in the Belfry.
This idol can help retuen these people to their human form.
If you can bring the idol back here I will show you how to use it.

［Goddess' Castle(Part2)］
Adol, you have returned the Dreaming Stone idol.
But wait...one of its eyes in missing.
You must obtain the Blue Orb and insert it in the idol's eye.
This will awaken the idol from its dream and the curse of these people will be lifed.
If you are able to find the Blue Orb, return here and I will help you.

基本的にセリフ自体は国内版とほぼ一緒なので一部だけ。

I really thought I would die in Burnland prison.
My life passed in front of my eyes and then I focused on a single moment.
I remembered watching a beautiful sunset with my dear sister.
She remarked on how she believed that not all the goons were bad.
Moments later, we were ambushed by a pack of demons.
The next thing I knew, she lay dead at my feet.
Oh...I'm sorry, I didn't mean to rain on this celebration.
This is a time for joy and happiness.
Let me express my appreciation once again!

She told me that the great land of Ys was coming down from the skies.
When I awoke, I looked up to find Ys right in front me.
I rushed into the shrine because I knew you must be in great danger.
It was then that I gave you the Silver Harmonica.
Adol...you have changed our lives...
It was the magic power of Ys that kept the land floating in the sky, out of harm's reach.
And it was from the same power that the evil was created.
...Opposites born from the same source.
Magic is mysterious, indeed.
We cereated the magic to make a better life, but we allowed ourselves to be manipulated.
How ironic that we could be controlled and terrorized by our own innovations.
We sometimes allow our materialistic greed to overcome our simple need.
The only real need we have is love.
Anyway, the peace is back.
We should all be grateful.
Oh, by the way, Colon was lokking forward to seeing you.

［リリア］
Oh, Adol! How glad I am to see you.
I was awfully worried when you started out on your final battle.

Our land was ripped apart over 700 years ago.
We haven't seen our relatives since.

This is a most marvelous day.
Now that the magic power has been removed our presence here is no longer needed.
It's time that the people start believing in themselves.
Before we subside, we will make sure that only we, the Goddesses, control the magic.
And the people will have peace and happiness forever.
